In 1975 POCO left Epic Records after six years. A year later Epic released this live album recorded at a series of shows in November 1974.
By now RICHIE FURAY and JIM MESSINA were long gone, and steel guitar player RUSTY YOUNG and guitarist PAUL COTTON were the dominant forces in the band. They provided all but one of the songs on this collection.
The track ‘Restrain’ was written by future EAGLE, TIMOTHY B. SCHMIT.
In contrast to a lot of the live albums of this era the band stretches out elegantly the songs, without altering the general shape and feeling.
Tracks:
Medley: Blue Water, Fool’s Gold, Rocky Mountain Breakdown. Bad Weather, Ride the Country, Angel, High and Dry, Restrain, A Good Feelin’ to Know.
