The Blues Project
New York based quintet The Blues Project never quite achieved the kind of commercial success that was undoubtedly their due, but they have nonetheless gained a greater lustre since they first convened in 1965. Although their career was shortlived, the original line-up having disbanded in 1967, The Blues Project are now regarded as a genre-busting, pioneering band from one of the most creative periods of North American popular music.
