POINT BLANK formed in 1974 in Texas, and recorded six albums between 1976 and 1982. POINT BLANKS sound is rooted in Southern Rock and Boogie, and were discovered by ZZ TOP’S manager BILL HAM. Their debut album ‘Point Blank’ was originally released in 1976 on ARISTA RECORDS. Their follow up ‘Second Season’ again on ARISTA RECORDS was released in 1977, and includes a cover of BOB SEGERS ‘Beautiful Loser’.
