Music For TV And Film: Movement

About this release

MIKE RATLEDGE was a founder member of the SOFT MACHINE.

KARL JENKINS played with the SOFT MACHINE in the seventies, when the band changed from leaders of the London Underground scene in the sixties, to the more jazz oriented band they became.   Library music was originally performed and recorded by musicians of the time. Amongst the best known of these are some members of the SOFT MACHINE, CURVED AIR, SKY, and GENESIS.   Many of these Library recordings had a limited release at the time, making them rare and very collectible of the fans of these particular artists.   Tracks:   Breakneck, Clockwork Racer, Pulse No.1, Googly, Three and Seven, Pulse No. 2, Road Runner, x100, Five Spot, Movement, Pulse No.3, Penny Farthing, Circles, Pulse No. 4, Chicane, Marathon Man.
