HUGH HOPPER was a member of the hugely influential SOFT MACHINE from 1968 to 1972 playing bass guitar. He also played on the first solo album by SYD BARRETT.

From 1973 until his death in 2009 he worked with such artists and groups as STOMU YAMASTA, ISOTOPE, GILGAMESH, ELTON DEAN, amongst many others.   This album recorded in 1996 was a collaboration with KRAMER and DAMON KRUKOWSKI, and was recorded in New Jersey, USA, and produced by KRAMER.   KRAMER is best known as the in-house producer and owner of the SHIMMY-DISK label, as well as being a member of GUMBALL and BONGWATER.   KRAMER produced a whole range of acts including GWAR, GALAXIE 500, and FRED FRITH.   Track Listing   Huge, ten Mile Mean Streak, Tall as the Empire State Building, Manchester 96, Waltz of the Big Brains, She’s everything.
