In 1993, Bedford was commissioned by the royal observatory in Greenwich to compose music to celebrate the renovation of the room containing the Great Equatorial Telescope.
This CD contains that music which was originally only 10 minutes long and has been extended to CD length. The equipment used was a KORG M1, PROTEUS 2 and PROTEUS 3, recorded onto floppy disc using the cubase programme and mastered by the Sadie system directly onto DAT.
