SYNERGY is LARRY FAST who began his recording career with some of the most inventive electronic music of the seventies, and has worked with dozens of acts including YES, PETER GABRIEL, MEATLOAF, BARBARA STREISAND, HALL AND OATS, and KATE BUSH.
The three soundscapes on this recording are from a self composing computer programme PINK TUNES, developed by JOHN SINOMTON. The computer reads the output as data and converts it to voltages that an analogue synthesiser can read. It will appeal to fans of WENDY CARLOS, ROBERT SCOTT-THOMPSON, PAULINE OLIVEROS, and ROBERT RICH. This analogue creation is just as deep and atmospheric as digital minimalism from the late nineties and beyond.
