The late great LESTER BUTLER first came to the notice of the record buying public with his work with THE RED DEVILS. After the band broke up Lester formed 13 and we are proud to present this album once again, along with a number of bonus tracks. LESTER BUTLER was able to shape his sound by bringing the blues harp more up front and his combination of attitude, song writing and performance electrified audiences with his intensity. Sadly, LESTER BUTLER died of a drug overdose in 1998 but he continues to have a strong cult following to this day.
